Privacy

This website does not use cookies, advertising or tracking, and does not collect information about who visits it.

Display options

If you change the colours, text size, font or spacing, your choices are saved in your own browser so they apply on every page. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify receives your device’s internet (IP) address and the pages you ask for, so that it can send them to you. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

The contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are received and stored by Netlify and forwarded to us by email. We use your name and email address only to reply to you, and we do not share them. If you would like us to delete your message, please ask.

Videos

The video pages show players from YouTube and the Internet Archive. When a player appears on your screen, that service receives your internet address. YouTube players here use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, in which YouTube says it does not store cookies until you play a video. Once you play a video, the service’s own policy applies: see Google’s privacy policy and the Internet Archive’s terms.

The easy-read font

If you choose the Atkinson Hyperlegible font in Display options, it is downloaded from Google Fonts, which receives your internet address. It is not downloaded unless you choose it.
